The EthOss March Round-Up

As we move into spring, March has been a landmark month for EthOss, full of new educational seminars, hands-on experiences and webinars, expanding international education for clinicians across the industry. Here’s a look at what’s been happening and what’s coming next.

AMSPPR Congress, Bucharest

With workshops and lectures such as "Elementary techniques of periodontal surgery in step 3 of periodontal therapy" and "Advanced Digital Planning and Guided Surgery in Modern Dentistry", this event delivered a dynamic blend of hands‑on learning and cutting‑edge insight. [i]

Our speaker, Dr Stefan Anca, aided in providing a fantastic opportunity to expand clinical knowledge, engage with leading experts, and connect with colleagues across the profession. The sessions were both informative and inspiring, offering practical skills as well as a glimpse into the future of digital and surgical dentistry.

Congresso Internazionale A.I.S.I.,Bologna

Dr Jason Motta Jones, Dr Emmanuel Morella and Dr Sandro Zussino represented EthOss at the Congresso Internazionale A.I.S.I in Bologna, Italy this month.

The National President of A.I.S.I, Dr. Pier Luigi Floris said this about the event.

“With modern techniques it is possible to treat complex cases that were considered unfeasible until a few years ago. Thanks to the evolution of implants and materials, implant prosthetic rehabilitation is often feasible even in unfavourable anatomical conditions.”
“Companies represent a fundamental resource, they collaborate with university researchers and experienced professionals, they invest in innovative studies and technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of functional and aesthetic results, which were unthinkable until a few years ago.” [ii]

The Congresso Internazionale A.I.S.I. proved to be an inspiring meeting of clinical expertise, innovation, and forward‑thinking collaboration. It was a privilege for EthOss to be part of such a forward‑looking event and to engage with professionals who share a commitment to advancing implant dentistry.

Expodental, Madrid

The EthOss team were delighted to attend Expodental 2026 at IFEMA Madrid from 11–13 March.

With its focus on innovation, technology and research‑driven solutions, Expodental was an ideal stage to highlight the continued evolution of synthetic grafting materials and the latest advancements in ridge regeneration. A huge thank‑you to everyone who visited the stand - it was a pleasure meeting so many clinicians, partners and friends over the three days.

DGOI Congress, Cologne

Dr. Nabil Benabadji represented EthOss in Cologne, Germany this month, hosting a seminar titled “Real Bone Regeneration.” The session explored the benefits of synthetic grafting materials and featured real-life clinical case examples.

Partnered with Zantomed, our German distributor, this event, part of the DZÖI (Deutsches Zentrum für orale Implantologie) programme, was dedicated to “providing comprehensive guidance on the latest developments in implantology, laser dentistry, and periodontology, supported by highly experienced specialists who uphold the highest clinical standards through continuous advanced training.” [iii]

Regeneration Redefined Course, Malta

Next the team headed out to Malta for a lecture followed by a hands-on session, presented by Dr. Peter Fairbairn and Dr. Nicholas Busuttil Dougall. The feedback was very positive with many final years students in attendance learning the intricacies of all case types from delayed immediate placement to sinus lifts.

“It was great to discuss bone regeneration and alloplastic materials with so many forward-thinking clinicians. Peter and Nicholas presented some interesting cases and highlighted how simplifying protocols, and achieving more predictable results, is always optimal for patients and clinicians alike.” - Zita Sinclair, Export Sales Account Executive.

Distributor Conference, Malta

EthOss then held the annual distributor conference in Malta on the 26-28th March of March. The team had a great time connecting, sharing new ideas, gathering vital feedback and socialising. This was an event dedicated to pushing EthOss further, focusing on utilising networking and relationship building to grow stronger together.

Sicon 2026, South Africa

Peter Fairbairn attended Sicon this year alongside our Sales Director Joe Harrison. Sicon is a premier dental conference hosted by Southern Implants focused on education and networking for dental surgeons, restorative specialists and industry experts. This year's theme focused on “Restorative Excellence”, bringing together talent from all over the world.

Coming Up Next

Here’s where you’ll find the EthOss team in April:

We’re heading to one of Asia Pacific’s leading dental events, hosted at Marina Bay Sands. IDEM brings together global innovation, expert education and a vibrant international audience—an ideal setting to continue conversations around regeneration.

Regenerating Beyond Boundaries — Pravets, Bulgaria (25th April)

Later in the month, we move on to the next event in our Regenerating Beyond Boundaries series.
Prof. Dr. Peter Fairbairn will be lecturing as part of an international programme exploring the future of synthetic bone regeneration.

We’re looking forward to connecting with clinicians across both regions.
