EthOss’s May Marathon Challenge

Turning Miles Into Meaningful Change.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and at EthOss we’re marking it in a way that reflects both our values and our commitment to making a real difference.

Throughout the entire month, our team is taking on a challenge: walking the equivalent of a full marathon (26.2 miles) every single day, for 31 consecutive days. The distance is shared across the team, but the purpose unites us all.

Why We’re Running

We’re doing this not only to push ourselves physically, but to raise vital funds and awareness for ANDYSMANCLUB. This charity provides free, confidential support for men struggling with their mental health.

Mental Health Awareness Month is about starting conversations, reducing stigma, and reminding people they don’t have to face their struggles alone. ANDYSMANCLUB plays a crucial role in creating safe spaces where men can talk openly and get the support they need.

“Mental Health Awareness Month is about action as much as awareness. By taking on this challenge, the EthOss team is showing that real support means turning conversations into commitment and compassion into change.” - Mark Townsend, Office Manager at EthOss and Mental Health First Aider
