This competition is open to EU-based dental professionals aged 18 or over. Employees of EthOss Regeneration Ltd, its distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

To enter, scan the QR code and complete the entry form with your name, practice details, and email address.
The prize is one (1) box of EthOss synthetic bone graft material [confirm SKU/value]. No cash or product alternative will be offered.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date and notified by email within 14 days.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, EthOss reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
