West Yorkshire-based bone regeneration innovator, EthOss Regeneration Ltd, is heading to South East Asia next month to deliver a series of lectures as part of its commitment to offer industry-leading training and education for dental professionals around the world.
The company, which produces a ground-breaking product called EthOss® - a synthetic material that encourages new bone growth during dental implant procedures – will be visiting the Philippines, Cambodia and Thailand during April, hosting talks for dental practitioners with implant specialist, Dr Andrew Fish.
The team will also be heading to Singapore during their trip, for the International Dental Exhibition and Meeting (IDEM), Asia Pacific’s leading dental exhibition and conference, held 19-21 April. Representatives from EthOss® will be at Booth H25 for the exhibition to meet guests and showcase their product and expertise.
In addition, Dr Fish will be doing a talk on the main stage, entitled ‘Bone Regeneration, A Scientific and Clinical Review of New Synthetic Material and Surgical Protocols, which aims to discuss the developments in bone regeneration and present new minimally invasive protocols in order to optimise host regeneration.
Peter Wheeler, managing director at EthOss Regeneration, said: “Educating dental practitioners around the globe about modern implant tools and techniques is a key part of our business ethos.
“It’s really important that we offer the best education both through our new online system, EdgeX, but also face to face at global events such as IDEM whenever we can.
“We already have a market in South East Asia, and we hope this latest series of lectures in the region will help bolster our presence even further, showcasing the benefits of our innovation to dentists across the region.”
The visit to South East Asia follows the launch of EthOss’s online education programme, EdgeX - designed to upskill practitioners in the field of modern dental implantology using a mixture of online pre-recorded videos, webinars, live surgery and face-to-face events.
