Event information
IDS is the world’s leading trade show and the largest biennial international fair for dental equipment. In 2019, the event hosted a new record of 2,300 exhibitors from 58 countries. Approximately 160,000 trade visitors from 166 countries attended the show; the United States and its large contingent always belongs to the Top Five of all foreign exhibitors. In 2019, IDS surpassed the 2017 results, with +200 U.S. exhibitors in two North American Pavilions (Halls 4.2 and 5.2) recruited by Koelnmesse in Chicago and the Dental Trade Alliance (DTA).
