EthOss Regeneration Ltd has unveiled its programme of webinars for the spring/summer season, featuring guest speakers from across the dental implantology sector.

The schedule gets underway on 11 May with ‘New Cases, New Lessons’, delivered by Dr Peter Fairbairn.

The session, which takes place at 7 pm (GMT), will feature a selection of previously unseen case studies that have never been presented before, showcasing the use of EthOss in both complex and routine regeneration cases.

Commenting on the event, Dr Fairbairn said: “Lockdown and Covid have presented many problems for dentistry but it has been encouraging to see so many patients in my practice over the last six months receiving bone grafts and implants.

“This has given us the opportunity to continue pushing and refining our techniques with modern alloplast materials that show very interesting results.  It will be great to share these new cases with an audience and hear their feedback and comments”

The second webinar of the season will be on 3 June with Nicolas Widmer, which looks at “Using EthOss with Titanium Membranes.” Nicolas, from Switzerland, will share his experiences of how titanium membranes can be an effective method of increasing site stability, particularly in large or challenging cases where soft tissue pressure could impact the outcome of graft procedure.

The third online event is set to take place on 15 June, with Dr Fairbairn joined by Dr Andrew Fish and Dr Jenny Kabir for another episode of EthOss: QuestionTime.

The interactive panel discussion, titled ‘Sinus Augmentations – Different techniques for different cases’ will see the highly experienced group of implantologists discuss their approaches to sinus augmentation, as well as their preferred treatment protocols.

And, on 6 July, Dr Fairbairn will return to host the ‘Using a Modern Regenerative Approach to Treat Cysts and Apicectomies’ webinar, during which he will share his personal experiences of using EthOss in the treatment of cysts and apicectomies, including numerous case studies showing the tools, techniques and materials being used in practice.  Dr Fairbairn, added: “While we have plans to restart our face to face events in the coming months, we know how popular our webinars have been throughout the pandemic and how they have allowed more people – regardless of their location – to join us to learn about EthOss and its applications.

“The spring/summer schedule provides a real variation of topics suitable for practitioners both new to EthOss® and those with more experience.

“I look forward to hosting each of the events and to hearing from the audiences taking part.”

Each online event is free to attend and includes a Q&A session. To find out more and to register view our latest events.
