EthOss Regeneration Ltd has been shortlisted at the prestigious Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Awards 2020.
The company, which took home the Young Business of the Year Award at the ceremony in 2019, has been named as a finalist in this year’s innovation category.
Dr Paul Harrison, managing director at EthOss Regeneration Ltd, said: “We’re very proud to be shortlisted in the innovation category at this year’s Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Awards.
“As one of the country’s most well-reputed newspapers, it is an honour to make the final stage of the awards and be listed alongside some of Yorkshire’s most pioneering organisations.
“Along with every other business across the globe, this year has not been without its challenges.
“However, we have persevered and adapted wherever possible and actually saw our export sales increase in August, despite the truly unique trading challenges presented by the coronavirus pandemic.
“It’s fantastic to have our hard work recognised in this way and to have our innovative approach to dental bone grafting highlighted in such a prominent publication.”
The award shortlisting comes just a month after EthOss announced an increase in both its turnover and export business, increasing both by 22 percent in 2019/20, despite the global challenges of Covid-19.
Commenting at the time, Dr Harrison said: “I am confident that we are weathering the Covid disruption and that our strategy not to put any staff on furlough and to use the period as an opportunity to invest in marketing and training and development is helping us to come back stronger than ever.
“We have a positive and successful future ahead as we look to continue to get a strong foothold in both our established and emerging markets across the globe. Our team’s dedication, commitment and enthusiasm has been instrumental in getting us to this point.”
The Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Awards will be held virtually on Wednesday 4 November 2020.
