A Yorkshire based dental company has demonstrated its rapid growth over the last 12 months by securing its 40th export market across the globe.
EthOss, which produces a ground-breaking product, EthOss® – a material that encourages new bone growth during dental implant procedures – has now appointed a dedicated distributor in Estonia meaning the innovative product is now available in 40 countries in the world.
The news follows the Bradford-based company’s recent announcement of a trio of global deals in Spain, Israel and Colombia.
Dr Paul Harrison, managing director of EthOss said: “We are thrilled to have a partner in Estonia, which becomes our 40th international market, as we continue to grow EthOss around the world.
“Our Estonian distributor Prodent, who is based in Tallinn, sold out of their initial EthOss order and had to immediately order more, which is a very positive sign.”
EthOss has grown rapidly in the last 12 months, with distribution partners now set up in 40 countries globally. As a result of this export sales have rapidly increased in 2019, with a 148% increase on 2018.
Dr Harrison, added: “Over the last year the company has signed agreements with distributors in countries including Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Jordan, Australia and New Zealand.
“Our innovative synthetic bone graft technology for dental implantology provides an alternative to the animal-based products (usually cow bone) which have historically dominated the industry, marking a massive step forward in a market which has been relatively static for almost 20 years.
“It is fantastic to see this being embraced globally.”
