At the beginning of the month, EthOss visited Qatar to host an EthOss lecture, bringing together
EthOss users from across the clinical community to learn about True Bone Regeneration.
The lecture took place at Wyndham Grand Regency Hotel, with over 45 dental implantologists from Qatar attending to hear presentations from Dr Stuart Kilner.
International Sales Manager for EthOss, Joseph Harrison said:
“We were delighted to showcase EthOss to this audience and enable these clinicians to see first-hand the benefits it brings to both practitioners and patients alike.
Dr Kilner presented a range of techniques including minimally invasive protocols in order to optimise the host regeneration; he then demonstrated more advanced applications and techniques to help improve their practice even further, moving beyond routine cases and into more challenging and complex environments.
Dr Kilner was thrilled with the response of the event saying:
“I had a fantastic time lecturing to such an enthusiastic and educated audience. There were many question and discussion points whereby I could draw upon my own experiences which were all very well received.”
After Qatar, Joseph visited the EthOss distributors in Kuwait and Jordan to continue to strengthen their relationships in those markets; ensuring that EthOss offers the highest customer service and support to those areas. This follows from the most recent lecture events that took place in Jordan a few months ago.
“It’s not enough to just offer excellent support to our customers, meeting with them in person helps us react quickly to their needs and deliver high-quality experiences.”
EthOss puts customer service at the core of a positive buying experience, and understands that improving that service is a continuous process to better align with the needs of its customers and increase satisfaction.
Joseph ended by saying:
“We look forward to working in close partnership with Nasser Trading & Contracting [Qatar], Plus Dental Supplies [Jordan] and Al Sayafe Medical [Kuwait] for many years to come.“
